MFM Building Products is a manufacturer of exterior, self-adhering weatherproofing products for the construction industry. Founded in 1961, MFM offers our customers a complete envelope of solutions from the rooftop to the foundation. For the metal building industry, we offer a number of steep-slope, high-temperature rated underlayments designed for use under metal roofing systems. MFM also offers several specialty products for sealing metal panel seams, as well as a UV-stable low-slope membrane.

  Peel & Seal® is a multi-purpose waterproofing membrane that is UV-resistant. Features an aluminum surface and is designed for use over metal or as a flashing tape for metal seams.

• Ultra HT for Vertical Applications (Aug 02, 2023)
  Ultra HT underlayment can also be used a vertical waterproofing barrier for use under metal wall panels or parapet walls capped with metal where high heat is generated. 

• MFM Roof Deck Tape (Aug 02, 2023)
  MFM Roof Deck Tape is an embossed surfaced, self-adhering membrane to seal the seams on OSB and plywood deck surfaces. Waterproofs these leak points for extra protection.

• Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal SA Underlayment (Aug 02, 2023)
  Ultra HT is a self-adhering, 45-mil, steep-slope roofing underlayment which is high temperature rated up to 250°F. Ideal for all roofing systems, including metal and tile.
