Z402 is a system designed to ensure uniform and constant performance even in particularly difficult production environments. It can control up to 2 NZ heads, one 16 dot head or two 7 dot heads, with a series of fonts and matrices essential to obtain high quality prints with up to 2 lines and a height between 5 and 60 mm, on the side, on the top and on the bottom of the packaging.

The constructive reliability of the system is ensured by the compact and solid stainless steel structure, equipped with internal ventilation and a high IP protection to withstand humidity, dust and high temperatures.

The modern 7” colour display with touch screen allows to create messages, images and shapes using an intuitive graphic editor, facilitates data entry and the selection of printing processes. The interaction with the system is guided by the revolutionary Orkestra management software with customizable user interface for each operator.

NZ printheads are capable of printing alphanumeric texts, barcodes and logos with a maximum height of 190 mm on absorbent (paper, cardboard, wood), semi-absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces (PVC, polyester, rubber, aluminium, steel, glass, ceramic) thanks to the use of a wide range of inks.

The Z408 system is designed to provide long-term, high-level performance in even the most hostile work environments. It can control, in variable combinations, all types of NZ heads (up to 4), making it an ideal solution for simultaneously managing multiple production lines, or printing up to 10 lines on different sides of the packaging, with a printing range between 5 and 190 mm.

The compact stainless steel cabinet features internal ventilation and a high degree of IP protection, making the system particularly resistant to the infiltration of dust and water, humidity and high temperatures. As a result, the Z408 offers excellent reliability and minimal downtime–perfectly aligned with the logistical and marking needs of any production company.

The interaction with Z408 is simple and intuitive thanks to Orkestra, the revolutionary management software with a customizable user interface for each operator. The modern 10.1” colour touch screen display allows access to the graphic editor to create messages, images and shapes, facilitates data entry and the selection of printing processes.

Z4, a multi-head TIJ system, is the ideal solution for applications where clean, contactless, high-quality marking with low printing costs and minimal management are required. Its modular structure combines the individual TJET multi-cartridge printheads in different positions and configurations, up to a maximum of 4 heads, to create a flexible, personal system suitable for specific marking needs.

Parameter setting and editing, message selection and verification and setting management are just a few of the features that can be managed directly using the console. The information, displayed in real time, can be edited easily and immediately using the “Turn & Press” multifunction button.

Z-TIJ Remote Manager, the powerful and intuitive proprietary management software that can be installed on all PCs (Windows­® based) remotely manages the easy creation of messages (Stretch and Drag & Drop functions) and the remote control of the system. In this way, the messages and the relative printing parameters are stored in the company’s central computer, thus improving the optimisation of the company’s activities.
