CIJ.Z is a single modular solution, able to adapt to the different production lines, allow the creation of always new configurations, and evolve as the needs of the user change, without having to be replaced.

Its structure, made of brushed stainless steel and black anodized aluminium, materials chosen to satisfy the eye, offers resistance to industrial environments and protects internal components. Contrasting colors and shapes visually map the points of interaction with the product, guiding and simplifying the operator’s activity.

The interaction with CIJ.Z takes place through a tablet-like user interface, where all the accessible features are proportional to the user’s experience level. The extreme intuitiveness reduces learning time by 70% and the design choice eliminates the chance of error (poka-yoke philosophy).

CIJ.Z is the world’s first and only configurable and reconfigurable industrial printer for the coding and marking sector.

Z4, a multi-head TIJ system, is the ideal solution for applications where clean, contactless, high-quality marking with low printing costs and minimal management are required. Its modular structure combines the individual TJET multi-cartridge printheads in different positions and configurations, up to a maximum of 4 heads, to create a flexible, personal system suitable for specific marking needs.

Parameter setting and editing, message selection and verification and setting management are just a few of the features that can be managed directly using the console. The information, displayed in real time, can be edited easily and immediately using the “Turn & Press” multifunction button.

The ZANASI Thermal InkJet system, suitable for complex coding at high resolution and speed, prints in a precise and clean way. Z1 is easy to use: it features, in a small space, the control unit and the ink cartridge, which can be replaced in a few seconds. It also effectively meets the needs of the most demanding sectors, which require perfect adhesion and high contrast for well-defined printing that allows for full product traceability.

The ideal choice to guarantee high quality printing by combining alphanumeric characters and datamatrix on primary packaging and multipacks, with porous and non-porous surfaces, such as paper, aluminium, flexible film, plasticised and painted boxes, labels.

It can be controlled directly from the head, thanks to the intuitive control panel built into the system, or remotely using the proprietary Z-TIJ Remote Manager software.

From the control panel you can select the print images, check the ink level, start or stop the system in one click.

Z101 LITE is the entry level model of the DOD ZANASI range, characterized by an extremely simple, compact and lightweight stainless steel structure, the result of the rationalization of the hydraulic system.

The system, particularly suitable to mark raw materials and secondary packaging, allows to print alphanumeric texts and symbols on a single line with a height adjustable from 7 to 20 mm. Printing is managed via a 5,7” touch screen display and a flexible and intuitive user interface.

The consolidated proprietary solenoid technology applied to the built-in printhead, characterized by speed, precision and low consumption, maintains optimal and constant performance, for perfect marking with multiple types of inks and on the most diverse surfaces.

Z402 is a system designed to ensure uniform and constant performance even in particularly difficult production environments. It can control up to 2 NZ heads, 1 16 dot head or 2 7 dot heads, with a series of fonts and matrices essential to obtain high quality prints with up to 2 lines and a height between 5 and 60 mm, on the side, on the top and on the bottom of the packaging.

The constructive reliability of the system is ensured by the compact and solid stainless steel structure, equipped with internal ventilation and a high IP protection to withstand humidity, dust and high temperatures.

The modern 7” colour display with touch screen allows to create messages, images and shapes using an intuitive graphic editor, facilitates data entry and the selection of printing processes. The interaction with the system is guided by the revolutionary Orkestra management software with customisable user interface for each operator.

Z408 Pi is an industrial large character printing system that plays a strategically important role in marking with special pigmented inks, made possible thanks to the innovative NZP printheads and the exclusive hydraulic system. The printer controls up to 2 7, 16 or 32 dot NZP heads, reaching a maximum of 10 lines and a 120 mm print height.

The stainless steel cabinet, solid and compact, is equipped with internal ventilation and a high degree of IP protection, which make Z408 Pi particularly resistant to the infiltration of dust and water, humidity and high temperatures, therefore able to meet the logistical and marking needs of the heavy industry.

The hydraulic system with continuous and automatic ink mixing, equipped with a stirrer and a high-performance recirculation pump, prevents pigment sedimentation and the consequent risk of clogging.

The Z640PLUS e-JET system uses high-contrast patented inks that can be used to reproduce any text, barcode or graphic, in high definition, for the complete branding of the product.

The system is equipped with a stand-alone console, which can manage up to 2 Graph e-JET printheads with a working range up to 50 mm (2”) or 102 mm (4”), to adapt to the most diverse printing areas and mark the product on one or both sides of one or two independent production lines.

The management of the system and the entire printing process is entrusted to the industrial computer built into a solid stainless steel console, consisting of a simple, efficient and customisable user interface, with a colour touch screen display and the Windows® 10 ‘IoT’ Enterprise operating system, developed to simplify and speed up the daily activities of the operator.
