​Multiple Panel width can be achieved by manually changing Split Spacers or by choosing one of our fully automated Variable Width Rollformer with Teleskoping Shafts. Automated changers are done in under 2 minutes.

ASC Machine Tools, Inc. offers a complete package of rollforming lines for the Production of Roll Up Doors components.

Our custom designed Equipment allows the  Production of residential and commercial Roll up Door Panels, Tracks and Bottom Bars.

In addition ASC builds custom designed Panel Seaming Stations and Drum Roll-Up/Winder Stations for door width between 3.5ft and 20ft. The optional Curtain assembly tables allow the easy pre-assembly of the door panels before the seaming process.

ASC's infeed/assembly tables in front of the Winder Station feature an automated tensioning device which is attached to the bottom of the door. This allows to adjust the tension when winding seamed panels onto the drum.

ASC offers two variable width CZ Purlin Rollforming Lines: The MARK I/II™ and the all-new TKR-X™.

​The MARK I/II™ was designed for Entry to Mid-Volume Producers and features our rugged SwiftPunch Unit. The MARK I/II™ Rollformer allows the fastest and easiest manual change over from Cee to Zee profile.

​The all-new TKR-X™ Line was designed for Entry, Mid and High Volume Producers and offers by far the highest Level of Flexibility in the Purlin Market! Customers are able to pick three levels of automation: Auto Assist, Auto Gauge and Full-Auto. The new S-WEB and XL-WEB option for the TKR-X™ are just two of many new exciting features allowing customers to enter new markets.

In addition ASC offers custom designed High Speed Post-Cut Purlin Rollforming Lines with Speed of up to 300 FPM. These lines feature either a dedicated C or Z Purlin Rollformer or a variable Width Rollformer to allow the production of multiple C and Z Profiles. All High Speed Lines feature a rugged Flying Hydraulic Cut-Off with Window Die Inserts.

The patented CZ Purlin Stacker with optional side transfer allows an automatic stacking process with the fastest cycle times in the Industry. This stacker can be added to any ASC Purlin Rollforming Line, as well as any other new or existing Purlin Rollforming Line.

ASC offers a variety of Single and Multi Trim Rollforming lines, slitting lines, hemmers, shears, folders and other additional equipment to speed up your trim production.​

The SELECT SERIES™ & CLASSIC SERIES™ are designed for customers with increased production needs and offer a variety of additional features to improve throughput and efficiency. Depending on the product, the Cut-off System and Drive System these lines production speed can be between 150 and 400 FPM!
