All Your Manufacturing Solutions in One Machine
We offer advanced CNC technologies engineered to reduce material handling, fixturing, and changeover time to optimize the efficiency of your metal machining. Perform friction stir welding, flow drilling, milling, and sawing operations
all on the same machine -- processes that are typically standalone and require specialized machinery (which costs money, takes up floor space, requires a second program, and often more operators).
Perform high-speed
milling as well as
sawing operations in a single setup.
Friction Stir Welding is a solid state joining process that is ideal when you need seamlessly strong defect-free bonds without the added weight caused by bolts and rivets. You produce butt welds, T-joints, L-joints, and circumferential configurations all in a single pass. Not only does it FSW deliver higher joint strength than many other methods, but the fused area in most cases is stronger than the individual base materials! When you're not friction stir welding, your machine operates as a normal mill.
Flow drilling (aka friction drilling, thermal drilling, form drilling) creates strongly threaded connections. As it drills, it increases the thickness of the wall -- as much as 3x! -- providing additional strength even in compact sheet metal and pipe-shaped profiles. When your not flow drilling, your machine operates as a normal mill.
