    Scottruss can be used in virtually any type of construction for roof, floor, and in some cases, column framing.   • Roll-Forming KFD Framemaker

    KFD Framemaker is the ideal roll forming equipment for stud and track suppliers, drywall and curtainwall applications, wall and ceiling framing, commercial, and panelized construction. Optimized for non-structural and non-loadbearing uses.
    KFD Framemaker is used primarily for non-structural curtainwall applications.  It is ideal for both suppliers and framing factories producing standard track and stud shapes of various sizes at a speed of up to 2,195 m/hr.
    KFD Framemaker 2025 models in G1, and G2 generations operate over the thickness range of 0.50-0.90 mm and produce standard SFIA track and stud shapes suitable for non-structural wall panels. Shapes range from 41 to 150 mm in depth.
    Key Typologies:  Largely commercial structural and partitions in multi-storey concrete/steel residential construction.  The smaller shapes can also be deployed in cabinetry, banisters, stair framing, and furring.
