AxiAL+
AxiAL+ is a stainless steel bracket and rail system for ventilated façades, designed to replace conventional aluminium and nylon pad assemblies. It has been developed to meet the increasing demands of fire safety, thermal efficiency, and sustainability in modern construction.

What makes AxiAL+ innovative is its unique combination of material efficiency, safety, and environmental performance. Manufactured using renewable energy from high-performance stainless steel, including 304, 316, and green steel variants, it offers enhanced structural efficiency and low thermal conductivity to help meet stringent U-value targets, all while minimising wall build-up depth. Laser etched QR codes are a distinct feature of the brackets to help make them easy to design with, install and trace.

Unlike traditional systems that rely on polymeric or combustible materials, AxiAL+ contains zero oil-derived or flammable components, significantly improving fire performance. It reduces material usage by up to 50%, is fully recyclable, and has a significantly lower embodied carbon footprint than aluminium alternatives, yet remains cost-competitive.
