MF2500P Framer
It is a very comprehensive Framer with a wide range profile web size from 2-1/2" to 12" and a thickness capacity of 22ga to 12ga. It is featured to run almost all of the LGS profiles combinations regarding web sizes and thicknesses. Framings (wall, joist, ceiling, truss, roof and header) 2-1/2" to 6" web size and chassis/floor joist, wide wall profiles or portal frames 8" to 12" profiles are rolled out with auto-adjusted rollers for web size and lively auto-adjusted punches during the production.

AF1600P Framer
It is a single profile framer, selection of one web size of profile between 2-1/2" to 6". It has the capacity of producing LGS profiles of 22ga to 16ga thickness. Specializes in high speed and continuous production of the same profile web size with higher thickness up to 16ga for wider spans and higher load-bearing walls. It can manufacture, frames of wall, joist, truss, ceiling and roof.

MF1600P Framer
It is a multi-profile framer, running profile web sizes between 2-1/2" to 8" fully automatic adjusted rollers by servo motor with control of production software. It has the capacity of producing LGS profiles of 22ga to 16ga thickness for Framings (wall, joist, ceiling, truss, roof and header) and chassis/floor joist of 8" web size. By equipping the production facility with this duty framer, various types of LGS buildings with the possibility of different profile web sizes can be manufactured and steel distribution can be optimized easily for each of the LGS structures....
